  • Print out both application forms below, read 'em, fill 'em, and mail 'em.
  • You MUST pay annual membership fee of $30.00
  • You MUST purchase a Cancellers Riders Club Patch for $50.00
  • You MUST purchase a Cancellers Riders Club T-Shirt
  • You SHOULD purchase a Vest Tag supporting your local area
  • You CAN pay for the above stuff using simple PayPal link below or
    with check but must be Prez approved HERE
